Off Broadway has a number of different room layouts and rates. Below we have outlined the standard layout and prices.  We also have rollaway beds we can put in the large studios and executive suites.  Please note peak rates may apply.

All rooms have Feather Duvets, Microwave, tea & coffee facilities, utensil's, Air-Con, Mini Bar, Safe, Iron & board, Hairdryer, Direct dail phone, Sky TV, Internet access. 

Studio
A small room, but all amenities, with a queen-size bed $126 Incl GST per night Mon-Sun 

Large Studio
Lots of space with private balcony.  Bathroom with bath (shower over). Queen-size bed and king single bed.  $154 per night incl GST 

Executive Suite
1-bedroom with Californian king bed, Large lounge with double sofa-bed and private balcony.  Bathroom includes spa bath and separate shower. $198 per night incl GST 

Large Executive Suite
1-bedroom with Queen and King Single.  Large lounge with double sofa-bed and King single, also private balcony.  Bathroom includes spa bath and separate shower. $210 per night incl GST

All prices are for 2 persons and include GST.
Extra person $20.
Child under 12yrs with adult no charge.
